I placed an order month ago and it was never sent

I ordered some items approximately month ago with a promo code I have yet to receive any items or correspondence , I emailed them several times with no response Awful way to treat customers

Placed an order with them five months ago and still have not received it They have ignored email inquiring about the status So many other complaints on social media about them not fulfilling orders that used their discount promo code in the order leads me to believe the order is never going to be sent Never sent an apology or reason by email, either That\'s just behavior that\'s inexcusable and bad business practice I would never recommend this place which still solicits orders today though they haven\'t filled the ones from months ago!
