I had tried to get help with a question I had with car stereos and when I googled Pioneer Stereos help number I got referred to this business. I had called the company 3 times and waited ten minutes each call and did not in fact get any response. So in effect I am out of $14.99 and got absolutely nothing in return. The website has a poor login system as it does not allow me to log in. When I put my cell phone number and the verification code, it goes back to the sign in page. I repeated this cycle 10 times. As a matter of fact, the account was still active I saw on my PayPal account after I had went through their cancellation process through 6ya. I had to cancel through PayPal. I've read the other negative reviews on their website and I believe if PayPal did not have a cancel option I would have been another victim.

I called 6ya Technology company on March 1st to see if one of their technical experts could help solve the problem with my GMAIL. He could not. Did not even try. He advised me to write to Google, but gave me the wrong internet address. My credit card was charged for a full subscription price which I did not authorize. I was charged $95.88. It is in dispute.
You cannot call them. I have numerous support tickets without any resolution. Only different support ticket numbers. Their practices are unethical and they do not get back to the consumer at all. Their practices are unethical to say the least. There is no address or telephone number on their website only Facebook, Twitter and GOOGLE +. - Google+ no longer exist.
