I placed an order on August 3rd Order number is/was XXXXX On August 22nd, advised that the order was fulfilled and shipped I received a package on August 31st, however it was not the order I had placed Contacted AB Dada via email on 08/31/and received a follow up email He asked that I would forward my received package to the correct order and my order would be forwarded back to me I never received the forwarding address I followed up with him on 09/03/& on 09/08/via email with no response Took to Facebook to contact him as his email requested on 09/11/and he advised on immediate investigation No response Contacted again on 09/15/& 09/17/ No response
