We have a day money back guarantee here at Mike Shaw Toyota. Mr *** came to the dealership on Feb 7th and returned the car. We issued them a refund check of and credited their card 120.00 We have reimbursed the customer the full they put down on the vehicle.

Good Afternoon. Adrian Clark was in on Aug 12th and we charged the to the credit card. Upon request on Aug our finance department went to credit the credit card and in error charged it again. On 9-when we heard from the customer that this happened we immediately
refunded the 1000. On 9-I personally refunded the 2nd when I researched what happened on the 14th. I have attached a copy of all transactions on this card. I do believe this has been taken care of and would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me know if I need to do anything else

Sorry for the delay responding. We contacted the customer and brought their vehicle in last Tuesday to address his concerns. The part we replaced was defective. we ordered a new one. the replacement was completed late Saturday. Our service manager will verify the customers concerns are...

Spoke with the customer Ms. Haaker. We are issuing a refund to the customer for the over charge and detailing her vehicle to address the dirty rear seat. Thanked the customer for reaching out and allowing us to correct her concerns.
