Review: I went to 7 Day Tires on 2/26/2016 because me car was pulling hard to the right . The repair person advised that I needed a four wheel alignment The service was performed. The repair person test drove the car after the service and stated that everything looked good. I drove the car for two days and the car continued pulling hard to the right. I took the car back to 7 Day Tires and they test drove it again and confirmed that it was pulling hard to the right. I was advised that the upper right ball joints in the tie rods needed to be replaced. I told them that I would return later. I was not understanding why on the initial inspection that they did not have that finding. I went to a different mechanic and was told that they did not see any problem with the ball joints or the tie rods. I then went to [redacted] and they advised that my car needed an alignment. I had them perform the service and my car drove perfect. I went back to 7 Day Tires and advised that I had to have another four wheel alignment and that I was advised by [redacted] auto Services that the front wheel alignment done by 7 Day Tires was either done incorrectly or not done at all. I requested a refund and they stated that the work they had done was correct and refused to refund me although on 2/28/2016 they had confirmed that in spite of the alignment the car was still pulling. I advised that [redacted] Auto Services stated that I did not need repair for the tie rods and ball joints.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the 55.00 I paid to 7 Days Tire for a front wheel alignment.
Review: Went to 7 Day Tires to have a Rack and Pinion replaced on my Chrysler 300. I brought my own used piece. Was told by office attendant that I would need to have an alignment done if Pinion was being replaced. I purchased her recommended Alignment. The vehicle still pulls to the right when mechanic said it should pull to the left. They did not fix that issue. I also purchased new tires on 2/26/15 (from other store) and they were set in straight on my vehicle. After the alignment the mechanic/technician said that my tires are now bowed in. They also did not fix this issue. As I was there watching the technician work on my vehicle for 6 hours he kept having to go ask questions on how to do the work. I also caught 2 technicians taking apart my bottom panel inside my vehicle under the steering wheel. When asked what and why they did that the manager did not correct the employees. A test drive was also done and I was not told how my vehicle performed. They had me sign multiple papers stating they we not reliable for the work performed. I understand my Rack and Pinion are not under warranty for the part itself but the work on the repair and the Alignment should be. The technician told me that to correct the alignment issue I would have to purchase a part for my vehicle and that most cars come this way. I feel if the alignment could not be done correctly it should not have been done in the first place. My car now makes a noise when I turn to the left, my tires are not set straight and I am not satisfied with them not correcting the issues. I would like these issues corrected or my money refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like these issues corrected or my money refunded. My alignment and tires need to be fixed before wear and tare are uneven.
