challenges in the repairs of her brand new 2017 vehicle such as repair procedures from the manufacturer to properly perform frame repairs that delayed the repair process. In the process of making the repairs we had a spark hit the carpet and tit caught fire. I can say this has only happened twice in my career. We were up front and honest to what had occurred in the repair process of her vehicle. We felt based on the situation that occurred we had our insurance company pay off her vehicle so she could go out and purchase a brand new car. I believe we addressed the customers concerns on this matter and resolved it to the best possible outcome.
