On November 6, a thorough inspection of the roof was done to investigate a small leak. Everything on the roof was found to be in excellent condition. The caulking around the B vent collar was re-sealed, gutters at the corner of the valley were re-sealed and leaves were removed from
gutters to unclog downspouts. We recommend that larger downspouts or gutter guards should be installed to prevent future back-ups
The owner of Eldridge Roofing performed a thorough inspection of the roof and re-nailed a few pieces of x gutter apron along the eaves, all nails from the previous roof were driven down before installation of the new roof, we replaced a torn tab on the front of the house and added a power vent
with humidistat to help ensure proper roof ventilation. Ice and water shield was installed on all eaves and valleys as underlayment per county code and limited lifetime warranty on all materials and ten-year workmanship warranty on all labor were given to the homeowners
