I am rejecting this response because: she asked for pictures and I emailed her a picture of the hairI would like a full refundI have Strong evidence that I did not go swimming or use any products that would harm their hairThis is in the form of flight manifests, video recording and hotel records as to where I was with the hairThis is the first time this has ever happened to me with hair purchased from Black Fox there for I am surprised at the less than diplomatic tone of her emailIt is very immature and a poor way to conduct businessI have no reason to lie and I am a seasoned customer and just telling her what happensI want a full refund otherwise I will escalate this issue furtherIt is just hair and $is chicken change compared with how much she makes in daily and yearly sales.

In your initial complaint you stated the assistant manager placed the call to get approval from the GM"She made me wait while she placed a call to someone, then told me that the GM had to approve the exchange." In this response you said she did not place the callI'm confused by thisWe have at least customers coming in and out of this location dailyIt is impossible to state our policy to each customer therefore we have posted our policy in the store and printed our policy on the receiptOur intention is not to lose you as our customer upset you or offend you in any way, but this has been our policy since we opened and it is purely set to protect our customers from any unsanitary concerns when they make purchases from usWe both must do our part. My responsibility is to set the policy and post the policy and you as the consumer must do your part and view the policy of the establishments you choose to shop in. We can not resell a wig that has been or could have been placed on another persons headI do not wish to go back and forth with you about what happened upon each visit because I was not presentI can only base my responses off your statements and my employees recollection of the eventsThe fact is just simply that wigs are a final sale in our establishmentThings of course could have been handled in a more pleasant manner on both ends based on what you've stated and what my employees have stated, but at this point I am not able to offer an exchange or refund for this particular item
The hair purchased was 100% HUMAN HAIR. I personally spoke with this customer and asked her to send pictures of the hair and would go from there so WE ABSOLUTLEY spoke in regards to the hair. As I explained to her she wore the hair for quite some time in conditions I'm unaware of (chlorine water,...
salt water, heat styling, conditioning of the hair, etc.) All aspects play a role in the condition of the hair. She said she washed the hair. I have no idea what she used to cleanse the hair or condition the hair to maintain it. I don't appreciate the accusation of the hair being fake. Please present me with the authenticity report you received stateing the hair is NOT human. Otherwise you are slandering my product simply because you are unhappy. There is more you have to do to properly care for extensions you can't just put it in and expect a miracle to occur.
Please do not make statements in reference to my personal wages in business, that has no bearing on my decision. It is the facts of right and wrong. All of my responses are not personal, just the facts as I see and believe. If this is just hair I'm not understanding why we're in this dispute?????? I am not stating you have done any of the things I described, I am stating these are things that I know can alter the hair. I'm just giving facts please do not let emotions regulate your responses. You wore the hair for 1 month and you were completely satisfied until you personally decided to shampoo the hair. This hair has no blood flow leaving it lifeless so you must care for it in a particular manner to maintain it. In this instance I believe you may have used a product that was not designated for human hair extensions and or your technique to cleanse the hair was improper (scrunching instead of smoothing). I believe these things based on my seasoned experience in this business. In more than 20 years I haven't experienced this happening with my retail extensions. What you are asking for is inconsiderably unjust. You wore the hair for a month then you decide to alter the hair then request a full refund stating guarantee and warranty, neither were given to you at purchase so it simply does not apply. You want o win by wearing the extensions for a month then win again by receiving a full refund for something you've used and has served its purpose for an entire month. That is not reasonable. I do not wish to continue going back and forth on a situation where we simply are not going to see eye to eye. Provided you are able to present proof of purchase and proof of payment, I am willing to meet you in the middle and offer you half of your money back to resolve this back and forth situation.

I am rejecting this response because:the business's statement that they called the GM was inaccurate. The day I went to return the wig sales associate claimed he was the manager, and a sales associate that was helping me the day before fixed the packaging for me so that I could return it. It was clear that the wig was not worn. The sales associate that was claiming to be the manager told me I had to return another day to see if the GM was willing to do an exchange for me. I returned Tuesday to be informed by another so called manager that the GM does not come to the store on Sundays or Tuesdays. When I asked if she would call the GM to get the approval she told me "No I'm not going to bother him on his day off". What kind of service is that? No foul words were used, I did inform them that I would no longer do business with them since they clearly do not respect their customers. Yes I was annoyed because I was not informed that it was a final sale at the time of purchase. If I was given that information I would not have purchased the wig in the first place. I did send a picture of the wig to my mother but did not get a response. Once again if I had known that I would not be able to return or exchange the wig I would have never bought it. Regards,

for the incident in question the customer took a picture of the wig and sent it to her mother and the mother told her to buy the same wig and once the customer got the wig to her mother I'm guessing she did not like the wig. the customer returned the next day with the wig shoved back into the...
package with the hair net off and the stuffing that belongs inside of the wig was shoved on top of the wig. Our policy states at the bottom of the receipt and is also posted at our register that all wigs are final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. We do make exceptions to this rule if the wig is still attached by a security pin meaning its never been out of the package. This wig was definitely tried on. On the second visit the mother showed up and stated " the wig did not look good on her". My staff let her know the policy she became irate and threw a few foul sentences and yet my staff still tried to help her out by calling the GM to seek an approval for the item that our policy states cannot be returned, The GM did not approve and now we are here. The extra visits are necessary when you are trying to get a refund or exchange when the item is non refundable. My staff handled the situation in the manner that they were trained to. They could of said no without lending any aid or at least seeking an approval, but they at least did that to try and please our customer. Once wigs have been taken out of the package we are unable to resale the item for sanitary reasons so this is why we have created this policy to protect all of our customers. The last statement is that the merchandise was unopened, but in fact the item was opened, the item was in the original package but definitely tried on and opened.
