Review: On the morning of November 13th 2013 at 7:32AM, I arrived at the 7-Eleven Chevron Gas station. I pulled up to get gas and swiped my debit card. I typed in my pin and pulled the lever to pump my gas, the screen immediately read transaction canceled. So I put the pump back and swiped my card again at 7:34AM, typed in my pin and pulled the lever to pump gas, I pressed the regular grade 87 gas button and pumped $10.23 of gas. I left the gas station and my Bank of America application on my phone notified me that I spent $74.23 within 2 minutes. When I got to work I immediately tried looking for the 7-Eleven phone number of the store I went to. They did not have a phone number like other stores and still do not have it on the 7-Eleven website. I called my bank and told them what happened and they said to go back to the Chevron station as soon as I can. So I went back that night to speak with them and I explained to them exactly what happened and they said the gas station has to do that to make an "authorization hold" and that my money will be back in my account within 3 days and to leave my number. After 3 days, my account has no change upon the balance they had taken out. So I go to that Chevron and ask when the Manger will be there and they said tomorrow at 10. I go in the next day at 8 and the manager is already there and had not bothered calling me once. I ask him what I need to do to get my money back and he states that all I need is my bank statement from that day from my Bank. I got to the bank and get the statement and bring it in the next day and the Manager asks me where my receipt is for the $64.00. I asked him how am I suppose to have a receipt for something I didn't do, he said he was not able to do anything, so I filed a Claim. I filed a claim and received a temporary $64.00. On January 13th the bank notified me saying they are reversing it because Chevron sent them my receipt. There receipt states I bough $64.00 worth of premium gas at 11:32PM which is a complete lie.Desired Settlement: I would like for Chevron to refund me the $64.00.
