I had monthly car wash services with this 7 eleven
It’s been more than 3 months I wa trying to cancel it , some how the managers working in store didn’t know how to refund it . And she kept calling another manger and district manager , the district manager name is Marco , he took my phone number twice and told me he will refund it but never refund anything . They charged me twice after I went and told them I want to cancel the member ship
I had to get put a stop on my credit card by my bank to stop them charging me . It was month to month contract not an yearly contract . I have summited the complained to corporate but I got an email and they said my case is closed . They haven’t refund my money back yet . Very bad experience with worst customer service .
