7 Eleven

On Feb 5th, just as flavored e cigs were about to become "extinct", I visited 3 stores to gather as many packages as I could afford. The first 2 stores had none. My third stop still had a bunch. I ordered 5 boxes of CIRRO, and paid with my debit card. They were scanned, and placed in a small brown bag. It wasn't until a day or two later, that I realized that, 4 were correct, and one box was a different brand. Honest mistake on the cashier's part, I'm sure. But no matter how many times or ways I try to recoup my money, I am unsuccessful. I have gone to the store, called customer service 3 times, and also tried responding to email. I HAVE NO WAY TO USE THESE. I DON'T HAVE A BATTERY FOR THIS TYPE.
