Review: on satruday august 3 2013 me and [redacted] out to the seven mile to sell our products that we make. the vendor exit to us come strarting to yellm us that we were stealing her coumusters. then it semed like that she got made at me because I am selling [redacted] and that I will take her comusters away from her.Desired Settlement: the desired outcome is that I want 7 mile seven mile fair becase of the way that vendors next to us trearted

Response:

We take all complaints very seriously at the fair. This vendor has been with us since [redacted] in an indoor space. It was not brought to our attention from them that they were having any issue with any vendors at the fair. When issues do arise at the fair we resolve them with management and between the vendors. We will be talking to this vendor on Saturday when she comes back to the fair to sell at her space.

Review: every time we go out to the seven mile as vendors they will change their rules that we could sell mthe pataballs nin our spot but, the following week when we go back to the seven mile fsir they have changed their rules that we cannot sell the not the things that we bring into the seven mile fair. they do not allow the the people the vendor sell the same thing as the other vendor has and , that they act like it is a crime that we sell smaller pataballs then the people next to us.Desired Settlement: we want to be able to sell the things that we bring into the seven mile without anyone compianting about what we are selling. we also want you to talk to [redacted] and [redacted] to have them quit being about the things that we bring into seven mile fair and not to be picking about the thing that we are selling at the seven without the othe vendors compinting to the mangers asbout what we sell and bring into the seven mile fair.

Response:

This vendor needs to talk to the indoor market managers before they file a claim. They are breaking the rules that we have in place. We have rules that vendors can only carry certain items in the building to make sure that we don't saturate the buildings with the same products. They moved in selling duct tape wallets which were unique and we allowed it. They have now expanded their line to something that a vendor also sells a couple of spaces away. We do not allow this and this is why the complaint was filed. They need to talk to the Indoor market managers before getting new merchandise to sell to see if it is allowed.
