7 Nails Spa Reviews (4)

I am rejecting this response because:
There is little to no true behind their statementI made it clear multiple times that I wanted what would be best seeing as it was for my wedding but instead I got the worst and I was never informed that they would not be properly put on or of any risksI was giving the options and I said I would like the best oneI do not see a point to continue this is they are just going to continue not with the truth but I am still incredibly unhappy with the response

Everything I said on the last respond was true. I explained everything to her before we did anything on her nails and she wanted to do it and she said she was happy about it. I did gave her 2 options when she came back and inquired about the full refund of Money and the service done again. I sAid if she worried about her nails getting lift then we can take them off and made them clean for her without charging her any fee at all. I'm sure I made all my statements clear. Thanks

We, 7 nails and spa is very good at explaining to all customers about prices, risks and the quality of each services and etc....before we actually do the services on any customer. She cames in with a group of 4 for a wedding and got a ped for 35$ and a full set of nail ($50) I did explained to her...

each of the service and she said she would like to get a full set with the actual white tip put on. I said her nails bed are too short so if she want to do the actual white tip, I have to put them on farther to the nails so when I cut them, the white still there ( so it meant the white tips will have to glue almost half of the nail bed, then you will see your real nails hanging there parallel to the white tips) I  can't glue them ( white tips) to the end of the tips of the nails. If I would of do that, when I cut the white tips to the length that she wanted to, then the white tips will be a tiny line of white on her nails. I offered her to just do the plain tip and draw the French tip of white on later so they will be better that way, but she insisted to do the actual white tips. before she paid I did ask her if she satisfied with her service and need me to fix anything for you, she said : yes I'm and I don't need you to fix anything". After her wedding on Saturday, she called and said her nails are separated and she need a refund. I said to her that we have no refund policy and she can come in and I can take a look at her nails and see what I can do for her. She came in with her mom and there were 2-3 customers were here at the time. I were very patience and trying to explained it to her. She and her mom were so loud and angerily asking for the refund and including the service again. I said she doesn't like her nails anymore I can take them off and make them look clean and paint them for her without charging her a fee at all. we finally agreed to do that and I told her since the nails are too new I have to soak them off with acetone so it will take up from 15 mins . And I cleaned her nail very well and made them look clean after. I'm sure I did everything right and I don't think I need to refund her any money at all. Thanks

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/22) */
7 Nails and spa always using high quality products. These are the products that we are currently using on customers (OPI, Gelish, CND (shellac), Aigel.) I spoke to her 4 or 5 days after and she mentioned her gel color on the toes got popped off...

almost all of them the next day and she asked to fix them for free. I said yes and we agreed to get the toes fix on Sunday ( almost 2 weeks from the day of the service). Her appointment was at 1:00pm and she came a little early and I was with my appointment customer. Everyone else was busy doing other customers. I came to greet her and I saw there was only 2nails got popped off and I asked if she remembered the color so I can repaint her 2 toes nails and she said she want me to take everything off and cut her toes nail short and repaint them again since all her other nails was so nice and the color was on there well without any peeling off at all. She said she expected her gel color on the toes last for 2 months or more. Anyone can research on it, there is no such nail polishes would last that long and there is not even one nail salon would guarantee for that such a long time. I said and agreed that I would do it like what she wanted to this time, but I have to tell her our policy that we can not guarantee for 2 months and we can't continue to repaint and cut your toes nails for you like this. She raised her voice at me and I told her that we are trying to communicate to solve this problem, we are not arguing or fighting her, I suggested her to lower her voice down and asked her to wait for me for 10-15 minutes because I'm with my customer. Other technicians was with their customers and can't take care of her that time. She got mad and left. She wasn't waited for 2 hrs long. There wasn't anything wrong with my technician and the quality of the products that we used. I did my best to solved this problem with her and I can't do anything else for her at this time. thank you
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2015/08/25) */
Her report of what happened is not accurate, when I went to the back after a very long wait for a scheduled appointment, 30 mins after the scheduled appointment time and I went back to ask when I would be helped she said she could not help me, did not have the staff to assist, despite the fact that I was a scheduled customer. She is not relaying an accurate account of what happened to get out of being accountable for this issue. I at least want my money back since she did not repair the problem that day. She tried ot hide behind policies as a way of not being accountable to good quality work.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2015/08/28) */
We as a business already did what we can do for her. Sorry for the inconvenience, but there will be nothing we can do for her at this time. Thank you
