I have to say that they did an amazing job!! My carpet had so many pet stains and they got them right up. I will definitely be calling them again!!

I have been calling these people for 3 months now for a refund I was promised because they came out to clean my whole house carpets all they did was wet carpets not cleaned at all keep telling me they are sending my refund and nothing now they are not answering my calls most unprofessional company I’ve ever used very upset they say 100 % guaranteed and advertise as a family company with values and I’m gonna just go file a law suit to get my hard earned money back
Our policy at 7 Pillars we give a 30 day guarantee. For all work done. This customer called 58 days later.
This is so not true called two weeks later was told I’ll get free refund that both of the guys who did my floors had been fired for same reason and that was by the owner and was told I’d get a refund 4 times now it’s on the mail then said their bank had been hack worst company ever
7 Pillars Carpet Cleaning came to my home to clean my carpets on July 10, 2019. Two men quickly cleaned 6 areas (4 rooms, hall, and stairs) in only 30 minutes. They did not work on any of the spots that I had pointed out. They charged an extra travel fee that we had not been quoted, for a total of $179.95.
After the carpet dried (stairs were left dripping and dirty), many of the spots were worse than before so I requested a redo. Two men came back, one original and one new. The new man, ***, arrived angry, and became argumentative as we described what we wanted them to do to try to remove some of the spots. He was rude and condescending to me and my husband told him to stop. He then, started spot-cleaning some of the spots. The other man did no cleaning, but spent most of the time being sick in my bathroom. Some spots are now better, but others are still worse than before. The owner offered to refund our money in his response to my review on the Revdex.com website. I called their office to request the refund, was told by the receptionist that a check had been mailed and that we should receive it by Friday, 7/26/2019. We have not received the check. I believe that the owner has no intention of reimbursing us. I am requesting a reimbursement of the amount we paid 7 Pillars totaling $179.95.

ROGER & BRANDON CAME BY JUST A LITTLE WHILE AGO AND CLEANED TWO ROOMS IN MY HOME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, INTRODUCED THEMSELVES RIGHT AWAY. THE CARPETS LOOKED GREAT WHEN THEY FINISHED AND MY CARPETS HAD ALL THE STAINS REMOVED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. THANK YOU!!!!!!

This is my third time using 7 Pillars. I am extremely pleased with their quality of work. My carpets smell great! They arrived on time. We did a walk-through to discuss what would be cleaned and another walk-through for me to inspect their work. Also, we have an older dog where we needed some extra scrub power in a couple places and they came through with flying colors on getting those stains out. Friendly, fair prices and good quality. I would definitely recommend this company.

7 Pillars Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning serviced my home approximately two or three months ago. I missed placed my receipt. I called the company to request a copy of my receipt. I was told it's not a guarantee they could issue a copy of my receipt because they are independently owned, they don't use a computer system, they write everything on paper and it would be too much work for someone to search for a receipt from months ago,and the only one who could provide that kind of information would be the owner. Whoever I spoke with on the phone was rude and very unprofessional.
I apologize must have been a miss conmuication telling Me you needed a copy.always leave a receipt at end of working for our customers. What I dont understand you blaming 7 Pillars because you lost your receipt. New one for 7 Pillars. You have a wonderful Christmas.
What?? Lol! Just from trying to read your response, I can tell I wasting my time. I'm not blaming your company for the loss of my receipt. Since your having a hard time understanding, I will explain it to you again. I lost my receipt, I would like a copy of my receipt or something showing how much I paid your company for servicing my home. Most COMPANIES keep a RECORD of every purchase made. I bet you're not reporting the correct amount of money your COMPANY makes to the IRS, cause your not keeping RECORD of what is being paid to your COMPANY.
I can only give a 5 star review, what a shame because I would give 100 stars for the job that was done on my carpet. He was so professional, knew his business, and you could tell it in my carpets. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

Very fast and efficient I wasn’t sure if our brand new light carpet that had been ruined by kids and our dogs would come clean but it looks brand new. Prices are very reasonable a lot cheaper than places I have called. Also when I called to schedule I was expecting it to take a couple weeks but they were able to get here the day I needed them. Very nice honest and friendly. We will be using them again.

I had such a great experience with 7 pillar. I have usedvthem and will continue to use them. I had 1 room that my daughter had been in for 2 years and she has a 2 year old that had spilled things and they left marks everywhere when she left and they came up. He really work hard today on all 4 rooms and a hallway. Then even did 2 rugs. He was really great....

Found 7 Pillars online and requested a quote. I had 3 rooms, a hallway, and staircases cleaned. They also cleaned some furniture for our baby's room and cleaned vents in the house. They were quick, clean, very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company!

these guys are GREAT! they arrived on time, got right to work , did an excellent job and wouldn't take check until I checked all work done and assured them I was highly satisfied. they cleaned 3 rooms carpet, sofa, love seat, recliner and air ducts. best cleaners we've ever used. will definitely use again and recommend to friends. house looks and smells great.

7 Pillars Carpet Cleaning cleaned my carpet on 4-19-2018. Not only were they professional and polite but wanted me to be happy with their work before leaving my home. They did an excellent job and I was more than pleased. I had some pet stains with they removed. I was extremely satisfied with their work.

We recently hired 7 Pillars to clean the carpets in several of our bedrooms. The manager, Brad, was professional, efficient, and did a great job. They cleaned several areas and were done in less than hour. Excellent service, excellent price. Will definitely use this company again.
