Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below The notification I received today is not fair to me or to the business we filed a complaint about I sent an email in response to his answer to the original complaint I could not choose either of the options (explained in my last email) as we had not received a copy of the agreement that had Mr***'s signature on it He emailed me on Saturday 5/11/that he had our signature page and was signing it and having a check cut that would be mailed to us with a copy of the agreements with ALL signatures on it To answer yes to your last request would have meant we had everything we needed, we did not To answer no would have made it look like his response that we were working out an agreement was not satisfactory to us either Neither answer was appropriate I do not want this to be closed in this way Once we have our agreement and check it can be closed, not published, and with us being very satisfied It is very important to us to not shed a bad light on ourselves or Mr***'s company when we arrived an agreement and were satisfied Give it a bit more time for the rest of this to fall into place so we can all close it amicably.Sincerely, [redacted] and [redacted]
