my son-in-law bought me an e-go twist and it broke so he went to exchange it and the owner said no so he bought me another one, when they got home they threw the old one away and gave me the new one. I put the new one to charge. after it charged I took it off and went to put it together and it was broke as well. So I went back to the tobacco store to return it and the owner would not take it back. and my son-in-law just bought it this morning. I even had the reciept in my hand and he still did not honor the purchess or the returnProduct_Or_Service: to help people quit smokingDesired Settlementi would really like a refund and soon I would like something for my time as well this is really hard on me this is the second one I bought from him so I am out of about $150.00 bucks with the liquid tobacco to put in them he won't take any of it back so it's really put a hurting on my money situation a real bad one specially when I am on disability. With him treating his customers like this he need to be shut down. So I guess the that there is a miss-understanding between you n him "the one that you dealed with in the store" Btw the e-Go twist kit is only $34.99 so if you or your son-in-law bought 2 that means the total is going to be less than $100.00 Final Consumer Response we bought three of the e-go twist so the total is exactly104.97 plus tax. I would really like that back. I would like a 100% refund for what I spent on the e-go twist products I bought
