Ive never posted a negative review until nowEveryone deserves to know how this place conducts businessI paid a large sum of money upfront for the credit repair program because I was told I would see a change within to daysI gave everything that was asked of me the same dayI understand that this is a process that actually take time but when I call weeks later and my information IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM, that raises a red flagEverything I was told in the beginning by (the sales person) by the way I thought was the person working on my filewas a complete lieFinally DAYS later, I receive a phone call stating the company FINALLY REACHED OUT TO THE CREDIT COMPANYI still gave plus credit the benefit although you would expect communication and NO DELAYS with a company you have paid 3x more for a standard of serviceWhen I went to the office to meet the person that I thought was working on my fileAfter waiting in the lobby for minutes, he walk right pass me and went to lunch without acknowledging meI was passed on to a new person (over the customer service department that didn't have a clue about customer service) after asking very direct questions about the service she couldn't answer one question for me but she was very quick to tell me she can not "tell me the process of how restoration process works because I'll do it myself" after I asked for someone that could actually answer my questions with a higher level of customer service several timesShe sends her assistant manager inI'm now asking for proof/notes what has been done to my account and no one can answer this question for meI may have asked this one question over times of the conversationAfter clearly stating that I feel uncomfortable and due to the delay facts of my file and the customer service I'm receivingI'm considering cancelingI asked to speak to the office manager to only get the SALES managerShe really tried to keep my business but after knowing that she will not be working on my file, someone (who over that person is) will not have the dedication to get me resultsPlus not having the respect from this company to talk to the actual Manger but one over salesI no longer wanted to work with this companyAfter sitting in the office for over hours with clear facts of dates, getting the run around by different people (not the manager or the person that actually set my services and gladly took my money) out of the different people, they all have different stories, nothing added upI asked for a refund to go to a company with better service than what I have receivedThis company only offered half of my moneySome would think that's enough but when they HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I gave money and valuable time awayPlease beware and don't put yourself in this situationYou have a better chance of getting better communication, better customer service, not a sales person only trying to get some money for no workPlease do not waste your time!!

I understand that this is a process that actually take time but when I call 3 weeks later and my information IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM, that raises a red flag. Everything I was told in the beginning by (the sales person) by the way I thought was the person working on my file.. was a complete lie. When I went to the office to meet the person that I thought was working on my file. After waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes, he walk right pass me and went to lunch without acknowledging me.
