705 Cleaners

Review: Brought two jackets with stains to be dry cleaned on November [redacted]2013. Bought them for $200 each. Worn once. Was told they will remove the stains. Came to pick them up December **2013. Both jackets were ruined. It looked like they were trying to remove the stains with bleach. There were white spots where the stains used to be. One of the jackets is blue and the other one is ivory. When I complained I was told by the worker that no [redacted]or owner is available and she will speak to them next week. Came back next Saturday and got no answer. Finally got to speak to a manager who said they will try to fix the jackets. When I asked how she did not answer. So I decided to leave the jackets for another week. When I came back the following Saturday obviously the white spots were not fixed. This time I refused to leave and asked to speak to the owner. He was very aggressive and kept on hanging up the phone on me. Finally after my fifth call he offered $30, which is not nearly close to what the jackets were worth before they ruined it.Desired Settlement: I understand they will not offer the full price, but something at least reasonable.

For the settlement I do not expect full refund as I understand it is not realistic. I do expect something more reasonable than $30 that the owner offered. My guess would be $200 for both jackets. I am negotiable on that, since I am considering the cost and time of taking him to small claim court. Thank you for your help.
