Review: 1) This vendor installed flooring in Sept 2013, services were paid in full before I could review the quality of workmanship. In the master bathroom one of the marble tiles installed had a very noticeable chip and the tile inlays were not level and one piece of the granite was missing. The vendor said they would fix it, but they will not schedule an appointment to correct the marble.2) Feb 28, sealed travertine floors, left swirls marks and a hazy film on the floors. The floors now looked like they are damaged and dirty. Reported this immediately to vendor. They suggested that I clean the floors, with hot water that did not work. Clean floors with vinegar, that did not work, then they suggested dawn dish soap, that did not work either. I have requested several times to please schedule an appointment to fix the problem . No acknowledgement to schedule or commitment to schedule.Desired Settlement: Replace the chipped marble with a non-chipped marble tile.Correct the leveling of the inlay tiles and add the missing piece of granite.2) seal from travertine, would like a full refund for services rendered.
