They have giving me my headlights all taken care of just had to pay someone else to instal them which I think 718 should pay since he promised he could fix anything

Review: Purchased new head lights because of damage to left head light. Gave a deposit of $260 on April 1, 2014 the owner stated"he could fix anything" and the Halo lights would be in within 4 (April 5, 2014)days, because the rental car through insurance company had to be returned. The headlights were not recieved in the quoted amount of time, so a "loaner" headlight was installed until the "new Halo lights" were received & he could install those. When I went to pick up my car with the loaner light, which they installed with the wiring as is and worked. I immediately returned when I heard scraping on the front left side (which I left clips purchased @ the [redacted] dealership to fix the front left mudflap were the noise was coming from & the clips were missing out of my cup holder)& noticed that my sunglass holder was broken. From there I was badically told that I was lying, and the machanic was never in the car, when he had to drive the car into the garage & lift the hood to be able to install the "loaner headlight." I told the owner if there was a problem, to just refund my money, but he ensured me that his mechanic could do the work. On Wednesday the 16th of April 2014 I was called to be informed that the lights were in, "but they had to many cars&they did not want to work on the head lights now "because of bad wires" after they had already installed the "loaner Halo light." The owner ([redacted]) is now saying he will not install the lights but wants the remaining amount for the lights($75). Please call so I may discuss further, thank you.Desired Settlement: Job finished correctly, w/warranty(labor) as well as manufacture's warranty and refund of missing/stolen clipsand broken sunglass holder (receipts for all pieces mentioned)
