We are forwarding the email conversation to and from [redacted] regarding her move out. As you can see, Ms [redacted] clearly states that she will contact us when she is ready. She was waiting for...

her cable and forwarding address to clear. I responded that the time slots for August 31, 2015 were filling up and I gave her times that were available. [redacted] herself set up the date and time of her move out. as stated in the email, "I will do it sooner".
In the exit letter that is sent out along with a cleaning list for the resident to follow, it states: "The apartment home is to be thoroughly cleaned including appliances, lights, windows, woodwork, cabinets, flooring etc." This was not the case with Ms [redacted] at the scheduled time of move out. She was present at the move out and made no issues nor did she express any concerns when Melissa, one of our leasing agents, wrote down the estimated 5 hours of cleaning and [redacted] signed the move out cleaning form. ( I have attached the four page move out form with her signature for review) (Attached is the exit letter for your review). It states, "If there is an item that can be taken care of," . It does not state "if you need to clean your apartment". Had [redacted] said something in regards to wanting more time to clean, we would have let her do so and reschedule her move out since there was time left on her lease. This is 727 Apartments policy.
Ms [redacted] also states she was billed for carpet cleaning. I have attached the invoice for her apartment. It is stated on our lease that carpet cleaning will be deducted from the deposit upon move out. Ms [redacted] signed this. ( Copy of Lease is attached).
The hours of cleaning is an ESTIMATE". Since it was in between 727 Apartments pay periods, we sent out the Security Deposit Analysis with the estimated time since it had to be mailed to Ms [redacted] within 21 days of receiving her keys.
We have now received the actual time card from our caretaker who cleaned the apartment. His time is three hours and we will be happy to issue Ms [redacted] a $40.00 check for the two hours difference.
I believe that 727 Apartments acted within the law, statues and 727 Apartments policies that are in place.

I am rejecting this response because:False information I have paid for every month their and my bank records reflects that. I never missed a month. If this business continues to lie cheat and steal I will now move forward with criminal charges.

If Mr [redacted] had appeared in court today , May 20, 2016 @9:00am, he would have received the information that 727 Apartments provided to the courts.  This information backs up the judges decision that he does in fact owe rent to 727 Apartments.
