Review: I parked my vehicle at the above named location on February [redacted], 2016.

After getting my vehicle back I noticed there were damages on my rear bumper.

I approached on of the employees there, the Mister told me with his poor English to come back tomorrow and speak to a manager.

I came back and spoke to a person name Juan (he wouldn`t tell me his last name).

I`ve never been spoken the way he spoke to me.

He asked me to move my vehicle out of his garage and park it on the street where I`m not allowed to stand because apparently his garage is too busy to have my car standing there while I`m discussing with him the damages on my vehicle that were done by his People.

He started opening my door and wanted to move it himself.

I told him that he is not authorized to move my vehicle and for him not to get into my vehicle. He proceeded opening my door and tried to get into where I just shot my door on him while standing outside the vehicle and again politely told him not to touch my vehicle please.

He got all and and started talking to me in a very aggressive way claiming that the damage was there already when I got there on 2/**/2016.

I told him the damages were not there and the vehicle got inspected by me when I left it there.

He said he has it on the ticket written.

When I asked him to show it to me he said he will not show it to me until I move my vehicle.

I refused to move my vehicle since I would be getting a fine on the street while trying to resolve the issue.

The manager juan walked back into his office to aparently look for the ticket.

While I was standing in the door way with the open door to his office he all of the sudden decided to close his door and with the force of the door get me out of the doorway.

After I started yelling at him he claimed that I started fighting with him, when he was the one who got physical.

After he shut the door he spend good 5 mins digging for the receipt and I had to wait patiently outside.

After he came back the was some markings on the receipt claiming I had some damages on the car while entering.

I explained to him that my car was in perfect conditions when entering and told him that the paperwork got tempered with.

He started yelling at me that it wasnt and to move my vehicle.

I asked him for the name of his manager and for a phone number. He claimed that I was getting verbally abusive to him and to call the police if I have an issue.

After I asked him what his last name was he asked me if I were the police and why I am asking for his last name.

I answered him that I would like to file a formal complaint against him.

That is when he gave me a form to describe the damages that were done to my vehicle.Desired Settlement: I would like The 75 wall street Garage corp to man up and fix the damage that they made to my vehicle.
