Review: I came into the store to fix the heel that broke on my way to work. The gentleman said this can be done quickly. I handed him over the shoe and he asked for the other shoe as well (only one was missing the rubber heel). After five minutes he said it will take him more time since this looks complicated. I waited about 40 minutes before getting my shoes back. When I initially put them on they seemed to fit different but since I was in a hurry to get back to my work I did not pay attention to it. As the day progressed I realized that he actually cut the heel and as a result the heel was now about 0.7 inches shorter than it was originally. I immediately went back to the store where he explained that he had to cut it "a little bit". I told him that if he specified that I would have never allowed him to proceed as these were 200$ shoes. He stated that he did specify that and that this is standard procedure. I had previously taken these shoes for the same repair to another store and this has never happened.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $200
