The Customer purchased from
us a *** ** *** on 6/04/with Miles at the time of
saleA car with this mileage has days / Miles Limited warrantyIt was
brought to us during the warranty period for coolant and power steering leaks
We did repair both of the issues,
the vehicle has successfully passed safety
and emission inspectionsThe brakes have been inspected at that point as well
This vehicle is now Days after the purchase and is out of warranty for over
daysWe regret that the customer has an issue with the car; however we cannot
offer free maintenance beyond the warranty period specified by the MA used cars

The vehicle was successfully repaired for the issue when it was brought to us during the warranty period. Even when adding the days when it was in service towards the 30 days of limited coverage it is still out of warranty for a long time now and does not qualify for a return or free repairs.

I am not asking for repairs to be done to the car because on multiple occassions you were suppose to have fixed the car and the repairs that you were suppose to have done wasn't. You had the car in your procession on multiple occassions and one time it was over a week which would have extended the warranty. To also be correct under the Massachusetts Lemon law if you couldn't fix the car that was brought back to you after three tries I could request a refund. I am not asking for repairs I am asking to return the car back to you because it has had ttoo many problems since I bought it, even after you attempted to repair it. I have documentation of this. This car was sold under false pretense and I want to return it, thank you.

Tell us wThe [redacted] waspurchased on August 4th 2015 with 53570 miles; It is a lowmillage vehicle, fully inspected by our certified technician and wasin great shape at the time of sale. The customer brought the vehicleback on August 22nd 2015 with 55605 miles complainingabout noise/rattle...
coming from the engine bay. We have inspected thecar and confirmed that there was a wining noise coming from the leftside of the engine when it is under load (high rpms). We asked if heperformed any repairs to the vehicle and he said, that he did an oilchange at [redacted]. We checked on that and found that the fluid inthe engine had yellow color, which is unusual, moreover this type of car requires a fully synthetic oil. Since itwas a Saturday and our Technician was off we did send the vehicle toan independent shop - [redacted] specializing on [redacted]vehicles to evaluate the problem. Their diagnosis concluded that thefluid is really thin (water like consistency) and strange color, definitely not a fully synthetic engine oil, even strange for aregular one. They did replace it with the correct fully synthetic fluidand the noise did disappear. Three days later on August 25ththe costumer dropped the car for inspection, complaining of lack ofpower and engine light on. This time (after the oil change withcorrect fluid) the engine was really quiet, however our certifiedtechnician concluded that the left side turbocharger is now bad.Apparently whatever fluid was in the engine before his first returnto us has damaged the Turbocharger as they are lubricated and cooledby the engine oil. Putting the wrong fluid will do unpredictabledamage to Engine and Turbo chargers. We always stay behind thecars we sell, however in this case it would be unfair to us to payfor the mistake of another shop and we have not send the car thereas well. Using not recommended engine fluids voids any warranty onthe engine/turbocharges. We still offered the customer to help himrepair the damage by performing the work for free if he covers theprice of the parts, which alone is a generous offer given thecircumstances.
