Travis is NOT a competent representative of that companyHanging up on a customer is not acceptable behavior for someone who says he is the OPERATIONS MANAGERVery disappointed in how I was treated and the ignorant responses I receivedI will be advising as many people as possible as to the inexperienced and illiterate behavior of the Rex & Sons representative
I never did find out who the decision maker is
