7Seven7 Jewelry Reviews (2)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
*After reviewing communication between [redacted] and myself, I must correct my original claim to the date of purchase from earlier this year, to [redacted]. Please see attachment.*
It is untrue that the merchandise was worn * months before [redacted] decided to fix the piece. I was verbally notified that her repair policy extended * months from the purchase date. If the product were in unwearable condition, I would have contacted the owner for repair. Nevertheless, there was no notification given in regards to status of the merchandise, unless I'd inquire about it.
It was my intention to support [redacted]' jewelry business and surprise her with a promotional photo ad, which would've included the piece I purchased. Unfortunately, due to the untimely manner of the service, I scrapped the idea.
It is unfortunate that this step had to be taken in order to receive a response from [redacted], as I was assured that she stresses the importance of communication. Every purchase I make is an investment into a company; and for its representation to be lackadaisical in response or execution of services, equates to poor customer service. I also find it disrespectful that she would fabricate a receipt to make it seem as if the policy she stated on the document was true. As I stated, I was verbally made aware of the *-month policy. I did not receive the receipt until [redacted] after requesting the receipt over a week prior to her sending it.
I have no issue speaking with [redacted] regarding the situation. However, noticing communication has been contingent upon her untimely responses, I've bconcluded that this step was the most effective in getting any type of resolution or response from her. I'm unwilling to accept the product as a resolution, because I feel this experience has shown me that her brand does not represent genuine business practices. If my investment is not refunded, let it be known that I hold no ill-will against the company nor it's owner. At this point, it seems the situation is an issue one of lack of professionalism. The situation could've been avoided if the bracelet was returned on [redacted] or if the money was refunded, due to the fact that the product was not recovered, after the *-month warranty.

Good morning, I am sending this email in response to a complaint that was filed with the Revdex.com against Triple 7 Jewelry.  On [redacted] I was notified by telephone from The Revdex.com that a customer filed a complaint in their...

office that he did not receive a requested refund after his merchandise was not returned to him in a timely manner after it was repaired. On [redacted] at [redacted] sent me a text to inform me that he wasdissolving a * year contract that we had on another businessdeal after only * months. Upon informing me of this, he also requested a refund for the bracelet that he purchased a year prior on [redacted]. (The customer mishandled the bracelet and stretched it out after wearing it for * months. After seeing the shape of the bracelet on him, I told him that I would fix the bracelet. The bracelet has been fixed, but unfortunately * months later still had not been returned to him.) I informed him that he would not receive his money back for the bracelet because there are no refunds. I sincerely apologized and offered to bring him the merchandise on that coming [redacted] afternoon; he stated that he understood my policy and that I may keep the bracelet. I reiterated my point that I would deliver the bracelet to him and again he stated “I am no longer interested in the bracelet”.  Not wanting to press the issue and possibly upset him further the text conversation ended there. I still have the bracelet and I am still willing to deliver or even mail the merchandise to him. In a separate email I will attach a copy of the receipt of purchase.  Please send me the customer complaint as well as any other correspondencevia email to [redacted]  Thank you, [redacted]
