It is not often that I will complain about service, but what my group received was beyond unprofessional. Common sense should alert a business that a group of 15 people is likely to spit a check, however the management felt it was not appropriate to approach this topic until after the meal. The manager was adamant that their policy was posted on the dinner menu and drink menu, and refused to acknowledge her error when even she could not find said policy posted ANYWHERE in the building, let alone the menu. After a colleague offered to take everyone's drinks along with her meal, the manager magically was able to spit the check for that one meal and all drinks, but continued to refuse to split the rest of the food, even after it was pointed out that she was caught in a hypocrisy. It was clearly not that she could not, she simply would not. Our group was left splitting our own bill with a pen and adding up the totals, while the other patrons in the restaurant watched us like vagabonds and the manager hovered over us with associates like we were going to run out on the check, all 15 of us at once! Never have my colleagues or myself been treated so unprofessionally or disrespectfully. After finally splitting the responsible charges, the manager, for no logical reason other than spite, refused to accept more than 5 of our credit cards. She stated that it was again their policy, never to be found in the restaurant, that only 5 cards may be used to pay towards one bill. When a colleague with out cash was told by the manager to use the ATM placed within the restaurant(how convenient), she was stopped by a server who warned her that the ATM rarely works, and patrons often have to go around the block to use one. All of this is completely unacceptable for the price range and supposed quality of the restaurant. In my frustration, I felt that a gratuity was not in order. When asked to remove the gratuity, the manager refused and said it was policy, again this policy was not posted on the menu or public
