First let me start off by saying, the Products that 7th floor sells are great.

Theyre customer service, or any service for that matter is horrible.

My first experience.

I ordered a silver surfer vaporizer for my girlfriends birthday. I ordered it about 40 days before her birthday. On the website they said it could take up to 14 business days to process. After 14 business days it was not shipped so I contacted them. It took over a day to respond, and all they said was that they were having website issues and it would be sent asap.

Well I emailed them every week and got the same response, sometimes they would assure me that they personally would make sure the order was sent THAT DAY.

I finally got my SSV after almost 3 months. They never updated me with a tracking number, one day it just showed up. The entire time I asked for a refund and they avoided it, saying the item was already shipped or would shipped that day.

Same thing is happening again. on dff order
