The clothes and lingerie have all been worn by a pornstar and have not been washedThey are put back on the sales floor for other customers to purchaseBe aware of what you buy
Mr*** purchased a Chevrolet Silverado on 9/21/2015. This vehicle was purchased from an auction, which was inspected before our purchase, noted that there was a minimal oil leak. We also had our mechanics inspect the vehicle before we purchased and found the same minimal oil
leak. When Mr*** purchased vehicle he was informed of this, it is noted on the Wisconsin Buyers Guide that Mr*** signed and has a copy of. On 11/2/Mr*** brought vehicle in and we replaced the adaptor plate gasket. He was told to drive a couple of days and bring back (this was all noted on the repair order) a rear main seal that may have to be replacedMr*** called back on 11/18/and we scheduled an appointment on 11/20/2015. Mr*** never showed up or called for his appointment. We never heard back from Mr*** until January 2016, which was when he told us he went to a different repair shop and had them contact the warranty company. We told him to have the vehicle towed to us and he said no because they had it torn apart and gave us a tremendously outrageous service estimate. Unfortunately it is not up to us regarding what is covered on vehicles with warranties, it is up to the warranty company and their adjuster. As for Mr***, he has tried to do whatever he could for Mr*** before hearing from him in January. Also, depending on how the vehicle was taken care of or driven by Mr***, this could have had an effect on this situtation

[redacted] called our business to have us look at his sunroof that was not operating. We sent someone to pick up his vehicle. A technician at LeMay Auto Group stated that the moon roof would not open, was not operating. He took it apart to find out why it was not operating and found that the inside pieces were worn and broken. The technician had roof in closed position and it would not leak, was delivered back, told [redacted] not to push up on it. [redacted] pushed up on roof and thats why we sent someone back to his work and put tape on it. There was no charge in the time we had in this for diagnosing. There was absolutely nothing in any way shape or form that we did to his moon roof to cause it not to work, or even imply that we broke it, because all the insides of the roof were worn and broke. [redacted] LeMay informed [redacted] we would contact an outside service to fix the roof, part was ordered and we were just waiting to be contacted. We also contacted the outside service Erickson Auto Trim and they stated that [redacted] already went there and had it repaired. Feel free to contact [redacted] at Erickson Auto Trim
###-###-#### and he will confirm that nothing we did had anything to do with the condition of his sunroof, it was broke prior to us looking at it, that is why he called us to begin with.
Sincerely,
LeMay Auto Group, Inc.

[redacted], there was one other thing I forgot to mention. We also, a day or two later, picked up [redacted]s car and brought it to Erickson Auto Trim to have them estimate how much it would be to repair. Ericksons is a half hour away. We did this at no charge. We went over and above to help [redacted]! Thank you, [redacted]
Here are the facts acout this complaint.
[redacted] was contacted and asked if he fixed sunroofs. He said yes so I asked him if he could give me a estimate
[redacted] had the vehicle picked up and kept it all day.
While I was gone the vehicle was dropped off back at my work and nothing was said.
When I got in the vehicle I noticed the moonroof now was not sealed back in place. Nothing was notified to me or said. What if it had rained or snowed??
I attempted to contact [redacted] and after numerous calls and text messages to him he finally answered.
He then again came and picked up the car. His employee stated to me that they never did anything to the envoy or took it apart.
[redacted] kept the car again and called me and said (they did take it apart)" when we took it apart we could not get it back together" The only option you have is to fix it or tape it down.
WHY WOULD HIS EMPLOYEE LIE AND SAY THEY DID NOT TAKE APART.
The moon roof was not broken like this when he took it for the estimate.
The top was then taped down and [redacted] stated he would see what he could do and to call him Monday.
I asked [redacted] if I owed him anything for looking at it and he said no.
After several calls to [redacted] on Monday and Tuesday and calling from different numbers he finally answered and said he would bring it to a place The following week.
I contacted him again Monday and finally Tuesday it was picked up and he called me back and said how about $975.00 to fix. At this point I didn't have a choice so I said ok lets do it. [redacted] stated that they would order parts and it would take a couple of days. Well 2 weeks later still no call from [redacted] and will not return calls or text messages. He has washed his hands of the matter and feels like he had nothing to do with it. All I wanted was good service from someone I trusted and he has failed on all the areas. It is ridiculous that his company who has been in business so long does not care about there customers. I personally have had the moon roof fixed my self without the help of [redacted] and have totaled over $1,000 for the cost. He has poor service and poor business attitude towards his customers needs. So sad that with a slowing economy you can treat your local customers so bad.
