Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: after much wrangling I was able to get the discounted shipping It was shipped back to them in garland tx and recived on august As of today, aug 18th they tell me that they have not received a response from the warehouse that they received thisBecause this is the second bag that I got from them that tore up in the same way I purchased a different brand and they are supposed to reimburse me for the cost of the bag$my not be much to a big company but to someone who is living on social security it is alotTwo weeks seems to be a long time to wait to get my refund Regards, [redacted] ***

This person called in, and did not want to verify their informationThey then began to cuss out reps, and which time they were asked to please speak respectfully, which they chose not to doTheir order was cancelled and refundedSorry, we do not let our reps get cussed out for asking a simple
question of verifying information

We provided the customer a discounted rate on shipping the defective bag back to us. We have also already taken care of shipping the replacement bag. There is no reason for a complaint to be filed against us. This is simply a matter of the customer not wanting to pay to return a defective item,...

which is the common procedure on used products. We are more than happy to always assist in replacing a defective product still under warranty, and we provide free shipping on the new product. However, we do have to receive the defective product back. Thanks,[redacted]www.Bowling.com

As of today, aug 18th they tell me that they have not received a response from the warehouse that they received this. Because this is the second bag that I got from them that tore up in the same way I purchased a different brand and they are supposed to reimburse me for the cost of the bag. $108.99 my not be much to a big company but to someone who is living on social security it is alot. Two weeks seems to be a long time to wait to get my refund.
