Tell us why here...The customer rented two units for month increments starting in July On January 15th, , the customers accounts were auto renewed for another month period for the two units for a total of $After this, the customer contacted us and asked to be changed to a month to month billing We refunded $257.00, (see attached credit card statement) which is $less than billed which is the difference for the month on February 5th and advised the customerThe customer then did a charge back of $on February 12th (see attachment) After the chargeback, the customer owed $As per the customers written contract and Missouri State Law when the customer account is overdrawn or late, they are barred from entering the premisesCustomer entered the facility unlawfully and cutoff locks To date, customer has not paid the past due storage feesThey did pay the current bill for March, however they are still behind in payments for the amount of $We have not received any reversal of their chargeback.Please have the customer show proof of us receiving back the $from their reversal
