Hello this Gary with 8bit retro gamesIn response to the letter you sent us we are taking care of the situation filed by the customerOn the date of the letter the customers pswas here since Aug and did not get fixedThe customer called the store yelling at the other store owner and did not take the time to listen that we would give them a better deal to fix their psfor the inconvenienceThe end result is that I talked to the customer and advised them that I would ho ahead and fix the psand told them that it was a mistake and I would take care of itAs of this date their psis to days of being fixedIf you need any more info please contact meThank You Gary C [redacted] Hello [redacted] , I wanted to update you on the process of the [redacted] & ***'s PsSo when they dropped off their system in Aug or Sept and the part was to be orderedAt the time they did not pay any money down as they were to pay for the work when it was done.It did in fact fall through the crack and a mistake was made where the laser was not orderedToday they picked up their Psas we had ordered the part replaced the laser and cleaned ithe system and did the work a $dollar total.I did not charge them anything today for the mistake that was made as is our modo here to keep our customers happy weather they return or not! The end result is that I talked to the customer and advised them that I would ho ahead and fix the ps3 and told them that it was a mistake and I would take care of it. As of this date their ps3 is 3 to 4 days of being fixed. If you need any more info please contact me.
