and was excited to receive the order to put it on youtubeWe received the order and processed the transfer to CD as requested in a timely mannerUpon receipt of the order the buyer proceeded to upload said album to youtubeOnly after uploading every single track to youtube did the buyer call and request a refund saying it was not what she orderedAfter confirming that she did indeed receive exactly the album ordered she vomited vulgarities at our customer service reps who then told her we would certainly refund for the record in order to make her happy, but since the transfer to a CD was performed we would not refund the costs of this portion of her orderThe customer proceeded to spew profanities and threats and was told to return the recordShe ended the conversation with “xx xxxx yourself” and hung up.The record in question is NORMAN ROYE: Organ and Chimes at Christmastime, the exact record she orderedThe record inside was titled the same with the same catalog number as the outer album coverThere was no effort to mislead or “scam”, as she put it, herWe did indeed offer to refund the record, but not for our time to transfer it to a CDShe did not request the Design label until as she stated “I received my mom's and it was on the Design label”, several days to a week after she had received her order.We will not converse with this customer in any way at this pointA string of profanities and vulgarities screamed through the telephone at customer service reps who are merely confirming that she did indeed receive ________ and offering a solution which would be mutually acceptable was __________ This buyer not only received exactly what she ordered, she refuses to admit that it was her error rather than oursEven though we made no error in this situation we clearly tried to resolve the matter with a refund of the recordThat option is no longer available to this customer*** ***

Review: I guess I need to explain a little bit. I am 52 years old. My mother owns the album I was supposed to receive from 8 Track Shack. What I wanted to do was buy the album and the CD and post it to Youtube for my mom as a Christmas gift. 8 Track Shack said they had this album and for 32.99 they would clarify the album and burn it to a CD for me. Then I'd receive the record and the CD. I was ELATED! I finally got my album and CD. The album COVER was correct as ordered. The catalog numbers matched. The outside of the album on the lower Left corner had the Design Logo. The Catalog # at the top of the album cover is SDLP X-3 and underneath of that it says stereo. The record on the inside is another story. I paid for the Design label. I got a gold "Stereo Spectrum Records" label. The catalog # is SDLP-X3 Two totally different numbers, by a dash. That dash makes the difference! It's not the record I grew up with! The people at 8 Track Shack were extremely rude and and when I told them the catalog #-they SCREAMED at me, and told me I had it all wrong. I am not dumb or blind. The guy I spoke to was named Josh-total [redacted]-head. The girl that works there-she is NO better. She said 8 Track Shack is not listed with the Revdex.comDesired Settlement: I want the real Design label record given to me-the one that was supposed to come in the album cover.

I ordered several audio cassettes and had issues with a couple of them. my issues were addresed and resolved immediately to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company
