In the interim, [redacted] was offered an Apple TV, $100 credit toward rent, and the option to transfer free-of-charge to an apartment that had both services available -- which she declined. Please understand that all services were scheduled to be infiltrated into the building prior to allowing occupancy, in which [redacted] was unable to meet the deadline for television services.
