Since I was uninformed that  the product/service had changrd and I couldn't use it in the manner that I purchased it for then I could not raise this issue before my enrollment transpired. I would've had to have been notified of the change in the software's function to try to make use of its previous capability sooner. Since I was not notified, I could not act and thus couldn't use it in the way I proposed to   before my enrollment expired. The website was telling me I still had 60 days of use in March of this year before my enrollment expired. In fact the website is still giving me access and says I still have 16 days until my enrollment expires.

Review: I purchased test preparation software from 800score.com in Feb of 2013 that had the capability of restarting, returning to the beginning at any point during the preparation. It was for the purpose of sharpening your test taking skills. You could take any of the Verbal or Quantitative tests at any time separately or together and restart them. The tests would return to the beginning with the answers erased and you could start over during any point. In parch of 2014 I began using the test preparation that I'd purchased again to prepare for my GMAT but the test would no longer return to the beginning so you could practice taking it. You could go over the old tests that you'd taken that would no longer reboot from the beginning but that's it. You can longer practice retaking the tests as many times as you'd like. This is not what I originally paid for. The test still had the capability in December but when I tried to log on in March I could not use it in the way or for the purpose I originally purchased it for. I was told by a [redacted] and [redacted] in customer service eight times throughout the month of March 2014. I was told the test no longer had that capability because certain customers had abused it. At that time I tried to connect with higher level of administration by leaving messages on the company's voice machine, none of which they responded to. I am trying this as a solution now that I have time to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the original capability that I purchased the test with for the two months that I haven't been able to use it or a full refund of my $39.95, since the product was not what I purchased and I could not use it in that regard.
