On Monday April [redacted] I myself and a friend went to [redacted] located [redacted] ***After having a cup of joe I decided to walk with them towards the DMV which is just on the other side of the parking lot on the next street over on Crotona AveAs they proceeded to head to the DMV I was heading back towards my car and saw a friendI stop and spoke with that friend for about mins due to the fact I have not seen them in quite a whileBy the time I got back to my car it was gone less than mins In a state of panic I proceeded to the [redacted] to speak with the manager Martin who was very disrespectful and unprofessionalHe stated my car had been towed because he could not find the rightful owner of the carAt that time there were only parking cars in the parking lot with well over 25-parking spaces available so I couldn’t understand why my car was towed My car was not in anyway obstructing traffic or spots for other [redacted] patrons He coul
I arrived while my car was being hooked to a tow truck in a parking lotThe tow truck driver said it was $to stop them from towing itI had $on meI needed to withdraw moneyThey said go to the bank across the street and to leave them my car key so they could bring the car over to meI told them to stay, that I'd be right back but they said they would take the car to the yard if I didn'tThey pull the car out the lot onto the street, I pay the $136, receive a receipt, my car key back, and they leaveI look at the receipt and it states that it was towed to the yard which is untrueThe receipt states that $plus $tax covers towing to the yard and three days on the yardIt also states that if the car was retrieved on the scene, the cost is $plus taxI was never given that priceI was forced to have them raise and tow it out the parking lot and off their parking lot's cameraI was overcharged and they falsified the receipt stating it was towed to the yard

To whom it may concern, On I was towed by [redacted] # [redacted] (###-###-####) from the [redacted] parking lot located at [redacted] at approximately 1:pm in which I do not deny the violation Myself and my wife, arrived back to the location and found my car, [redacted] , [redacted] already attached behind the tow truck and parked on the street in front of [redacted] located at [redacted] ,apparently the tow truck operator was waiting for me to arrive and as I approached the operator of the tow truck and asked him what happened ,he said that because the DMV that is opposite [redacted] and they illegally park their private vehicles on their property, and then I asked him what can we do on getting my car back because I have no way of getting back home ,he then stated that that it will cost you $CASH , I then said to him that we don’t have that amount of cash
