The customer has been refunded even though we still haven't received the returnPlease see attached.

We will be contacting the customer and making the refund today. We have still not received our merchandise back, so now we are loosing out on the cost of 2 shirts, paying for shipping and now having to refund a customer for basically taking things out of context.
I am rejecting this response because: I have not been contacted by the the company in over a week, I am not taking things out of context if I am told a refund will be done a certain date (4/11/14) I expect it to be done that day. it gets really frustrating when you cant get a respond from anyone in the company. I tried several times to contact them and they do nothing but cowardly ignore my emails and website email I sent to them. If the company does not believe me I will gladly forward every email I sent with out a response from them. I expect my refund to be in my account by next week.
