These items are not fixed! They are trying to cover themselves Anyone is welcome to come to this so called beautiful home that is so well maintained to see for themselvesWe have not done anything wrong the only thing we have done is try to get these issues resolvedI'm not scared of them which is what they are trying to do to usI'm not stupid like they seem to think I am TENETS have rights to and they don't seem to think they do. My rent is always paid when it is supposed to be I have not done any damage to this property what so ever, they have no reason to kick us out which they are trying to do She said that because I called the Revdex.com We need to move By the way we still have no A/C eitherThe ceiling still isn't fixed in the living room ( hasn't even been started on ) The family room ceiling has been either torn apart or not fully repaired because someone keeps closing out the repair order before it gets finished so the maintenance man does not come back because she says it is done even though she hasn't been here herselfNow the owner has been here, seen it herself, and it's still not fixedThe odor in the tub/shower is worse than it was, and they are welcome anyone at that office to come out and take a wiff, which the owner has done and said she smelled it tooThe shower has glass doors when you are in there taking a shower with the doors shut it is horribleShe needs to take her shoes off roll up her pant legs and stand in there for as long as it takes to take a shower I guarantee she will smell it We have the right to live in a house that does not smell like sewer gas and when we moved in we were told it had a new furnace and never told there was any issues with the A/CWe have done nothing to break the lease but they have not held up their end of the lease

If everything was operating properly then why did the A/C tech come to charge the system two days after she responded to the Revdex.com because he just came today June 2015. There is still a problem with the plumbing in the upstairs bathroom and she knows this. We still invite you to come and take a shower. Now, since there are SO many places to rent in Shelby County with 3/bedrooms and a car garage please, PLEASE ! Send us a list

Tenant was responded to promptly (within 24 hours of contacting us) for this non-emergency issue. A licensed plumber was sent out promptly as well. He made the proper repairs. The tenant's complaints then begin to change to varying issues, additional contractors were sent out to try and resolve these further miniscule issues and each contractor (3) responded with "item is operating properly, tenant's are just fishing for things to complain about" or something similar. We have bent over backwards to accommodate over the top requests, to no avail. I am happy to provide substantial details, but not sure that is necessary as I have never had a Revdex.com complaint against me I am not skilled in responding to them. All service records are available in my office, if further information is needed. The previous tenant lived in the house for just under 5 years and had less service requests then the current tenants who have lived in there for less than 6 months. The home is beautiful, well built and is well-maintained by the owner. There is no reason for this situation to have happened.

I have written statements from both the licensed plumber and HVAC person that the plumbing is operating properly and the HVAC is operating properly. Because the tenants have stated this is a "health hazard" I offered for them to move within 30 days with no penalty for not fulfilling the lease. Since we are unable, with licensed professionals, to satisfy these folks I assumed (since they claim the living conditions are so horrid) they would be happy to get out of their lease. Not surprisingly, they have sent a letter stating they will move when they find something else. Frankly, if I were living in these supposed conditions, I would have jumped on the offer and moved immediately. I guess things aren't so bad after all. I can only guess their next argument will be they can't find any other housing. Being the largest, non-government subsidized management company in the county, I can assure you there are properties out there if they truly wanted to move. Since I have never had a complaint filed with the Revdex.com in my 20 plus year career, I have no idea how many opportunities to respond are given but I do not plan to waste any more time continuing to respond to this nonsense.
