Review: I was facing a finacial situation due to my sister [redacted] and I have to made a loan for some jewelerys that I got, that was about two years ago since that day I was paying every 4 months the interest for the money. I had two more that I paid for it and took with me. The last one was Jewwlry 14 kts and was 52.90 DWT. 2 rings,I bracelet,I neckle and I chain. I paid all the interes on that loan. On August /** 2013 I went overthere with the purpose to paid and the Lady told me that that they stole my jewlerys. The loan was for $1000 and she want to give me only $1000 or give me another jewelrys. Today is September * and I go ovethere evry day and she told me that they have to bring some golds from the bronx. My Jewelrys cost is more than $1000. I want that she gave me the money for my jewlrys value because I was paying everyting. She told me if I choose another one I have to keep paying until the loan is paid in full. I know that they have insurance they don't lost anything, but my jewelrys that I paid more than that.Please help me because. Now the lady told me comeback tuesday.I want the money but not $1000 what she want to give me.Please help me. At this time, I haven't been contacted directly by 82nd Roosevelt Pawnbrokers & Jewelers LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They didn't contacted me I went overthere to see if they have the jewelerys with the same weight that the lady told me overthere that they are going to bring to the 82 store.She told me that your office don't going to do anything to help me but it is one month already that happened, She told me as soon as I select the gold wth the same weight I have to pay $260 dollares de interest and they keep the jewelerys until I paid $1000.All my jewelerys cost more than $1000 and if I want moeny they give me only $1000. I told them that they have insurance and they don';t going to loose anything . I work hard and that's no fear.I did that becuase my sister had [redacted] and she didn't have insurance for that time and since 2011 I'm paying interest.

Please help me,They never contact me I"m the one that always call or going overthere.
