we never service this costumer I try to call him and left a Voice Mail he can contact as Any time if we charge him the service we will refund this in full :)

The number, merchant, and technician on the screenshots sent from the customer do not match anything from my company.

I never received any paperwork from the technician. He never completed the Job.  When he was unable to get the key to work, he told me he had to go get a new computer from his shop and he would return, however he never did.

I have no record of this job in our data base or any record of having received any payment from this customer. I suggest she get in contact with the technician that performed the work for her on the date given.
