August 2015, Landscaping was hired to construct a patio area just off my deckThe area was to have a mosaic design using stones from the propertyA fee of $was paid in full in August Days after the work was done, it was discovered that the product between the stones had not hardened and had to be removedThe soft product was chiseled out and replaced with what I am now told was sandThe laborer said the sand would harden overnightAfter several days I contacted the owner, Jose to let him know the sand was still softHis response was "*** ** *** *** * *** ** ***"Well, now it is 8/months later and the sand is still softWhen using the leaf blower it lifts offThe sand is always soft, however when it rains its even softerOn April **,Jose came by and acknowledged that the sand never hardenedI only wanted to know when, (for the 3rd time), this could this be resolvedJose began telling me that he had to contact the guy he got the sand fromBy May **

On Sunday, September*, this landscaping company came out to mow my lawnWhile in the process of cutting the grass a rock got caught up into the machine, then shot out of the machine at full force, cracking the siding of my houseThe owners Jose & his wife were immediately notified about this problem and they agreed to have the siding repairedThe home is a brand new home that had no prior damage prior to receiving this serviceIt has now been 3and a half weeks and no one has fixed the siding of my houseLast week the owners wife actually came by to access the situation and was supposed to return with a tool to remove the side shutter and take the damaged pieces of siding out but has not returnedAlso, the owner Jose is now disputing the fact that his machine was capable of causing such damageThe lawn mowing crew as well as my fiancée were both outside when it happened, the crew even removed the rock from the grass after noticing and hearing the rock hit the side of t
