customer reserved stretch limo for prof for $718.80few days later he ask if we can upgrade the reservation to different type limowe advised that the total new price will be $( if we can upgrade)we called and advised him that we could not upgrade his limo to the one he requestedwill refund him the upgrade feeand will send him passengers instead of passengers stretch limofree of chargecustomer accept the dealwas happy with the driver and week later he called to complaintwe advised him that we already credit him the difference as we promisedbut he asked to get fully refunded after he got to use the limo and the driver for the entire prom eventwe asked him , why he did not call before ?he said he was busy and he want to get fully refunded even he revived the whole service

Customer does not till any accurate facts except that she ride cap in the way back and did not wait for the limohere is what happened :Customer request 2 limo rides one going to theater and one back from the theaterwhen limo got in front of the pick up locations , 6 girls got into the car and... before the car start moving every one of them decided to do somethingtwo decide to smoke before they get inside the car ( as we told them smoke is prohibited inside the limo)one went to use the bathroomand the other went to look for her keysdriver waited over 45 minutes in front of the house till all get readybeen advised that in the way back they only allowed 15 minutes grace period ( free of charge ) after that they have to pay for waiting timedriver called telling them he is outside , and they advised him that they left early next morning they called and they ask for refund for the return trip we advised them that they had to notify the company in advance as per the contract , not let the driver go on location wait for them then they told him that they left earlier and one of them did not feel welland they start treating the company as they married police officers and military people the will come after the company if we did refund the return trip moneywe advised them that is not fare for the company or the driver that they change their mind without let us knowcustomer decide to leave over an hour earlier using another companywithout notifying our company

-Driver showed minutes late, 7:pm(Pickup was 7pm)-No one smoked cigarettes in the carwhen I entered the car, there were empty bottles and garbage everywhere. Since I was the only one in the "limo" at the time, I was so embarrassed for the other girls to see the condition of the car, I quickly shoved all of the debris under the seats. -at around 8pm (dinner reservations were for 8:15) the limo goes into darkness and the driver pulls onto the side of the road (luckily on our exit to rt off of rt 80) tells us he "needs to get oil" because the car broke downWe were terrified that we were left on the side of the road with oncoming traffic going at high rates of speed off of the exitApproximately an hour passed while we were stranded on the road when the driver showed up in a taxi with oilThe limo had to be rammed by the taxi to get going. -8:pm we arrive at the comedy club (minutes late for dinner) we rushed to eat to catch the comedy show at 10:15-10:25pm an emergency transpired where we needed to be picked and leave the location to brought homeI attempted to call driver personal cell phone and your "company" several timesSee attached photos of call records belowI left messages and never received an correspondence. -10:called for a taxi who charged us $to get home-12:26am(09/32/14)The driver texted me and said "are you ready for pickup?" The pick time was for 12amSo he was again almost a half hour lateI told him we were already homeHe told me he alcohol for us to make up for the limo breaking downWhich is an absolute insult. - I would like the $for the return home we never got. - items left in the car, shoes, glass and alcohol I understand things happenI understand that when the limo broke down, the driver tried his best to make things right and he didHe got us thereThe messy limo, him being late and the break down, I excused and moved onWhen we had an emergency and the driver was no where to be found, that was the straw that broke the camels backThere was no contact that he was leavingHe said he was not leaving and never notified me or answered his phone when we needed to leave.you even said that you would refund me the $and you never did.see below the email,: *** ***
*** *** ***Mon, Sep 29, at 6:AMRe: revised email regarding Saturday night 9/20/Service*** *** Sorry for the delayresponding to this situation and thank you for your patientwe had to investigate it and checking GPS tracking system ,driver's camera checking the vehicle mechanically and interview the driver This trip started when you made reservation online forhourly tripmeans the driver will pick you up , take you wherever youwant to go wait for you the entire time till take you back home at theend of the tripyou said that was too much money and the only way to do that , if we do separate tripsand you choose both pick up times for both reservationsone at 07: PM and the other at 12:AMand according to our policy you need at least hours inorder to change time of reservationyour return trip was schedule for 12:AMDriver text you at 12:AM to confirm you will be ready ontime that is minutes before the pickup time upon reviewing driver's cameraWe found one of you while drinking , operate the vehicle andshut down the engine and open and searching in driver and company properties ,which is not accepted+ car broke down that was not planed by any bodywe always inspect our vehicles before and after each tripoil was leaking and that was out of our handDriver went and get the oil and taxi for you just the carwill not workcompany sent you as an apology liquor worth $for thereturn trip Will check all the properties you left in the car and willshipping to your houseand will refund you$190.50"
