Review: I have tried to contact them several time regarding my order and can not get through, and when I do get through the representative is rude and not helpful regarding my order and wont give me his name, and is laughing at questions I ask him. I have been billed 4.95 on july 4, and 69.95 on july 18, another 69.95 on a different product from them and on aug 4 69.95 on the initial product. they refunded the last transaction on aug 4. when I ask to speak to the manager he says he is the manager and there's nothing he can do. First of all the third charge was for a product I had no knowledge about but yet get charged for.They give you a 14 day trial period before they charge you for the pills onyl problem is the start the trial the day u order the pills, and it take 5-7 buisness days for you to receive the product how can u start a trial without the product!Desired Settlement: I want a refund from the Charge on July the 25 for 69.95 of the product I have no knowledge about.

Review: Company adverting trial periods of 14 days to used their products for initial pay$4.95 once your trial has ended(14days) you will be billed $79.95 for the product and auto re-ship program. Product ordered on 6/17/15 and received it on 6/22/15. I did not like the product because I give me headache when taking this pill. I called to end my subscription on 7/1/15 and were told that I'll not be charge but at the same day they charge my credit card$69.95. I called spoke customer service([redacted]) on 7/9/15 were told that charged will be reverse. I have not seen credit on my account. Chat online with customer service Terry, on 7/15/15 and were told they will not refund me. Revdex.com need to look into this firm they are ripping of consumer with fraudulent advertising and stealing money from consumers credit card.Desired Settlement: Credit my account.

Review: I ordered Garcinaia Cambogia on a trial bases of $4.95 on March 1st 2015 and was told I would receive it on March 5th. I havent received the product as yet although I have been charged on my debit card. I called the billing support on the March 7th (8883912381) and was told they would look into it and then was told it was at the post office at which point I checked and it wasnt. I called again about 3 days later and was given a chat site where I could live chat with a live support team , there I chatted with a lady by the name of [redacted] she informed me that I needed to send a email because she couldnt find the account. I sent the email and was sent back a reply that my subscription had been cancelled . I still havent received my money back. I know $4.95 isnt much but if enough people get suckered into it and have the same result I did it will add up.Desired Settlement: I would like to either have the product or my money back on my card know its not much but hey thats a lunch at Dairy Queen here

Review: I placed an order on 1/28/15 for Garcinia (Order [redacted]7) wth this company. I have attempted to contact them by phone and email seven times to cancel the auto shipments because my husband does not like the product and refuses to take any more of it. The company does not answer the phone and is not giving me the opportunity to cancel this before they charge my credit card. I have notified them by email that I will sue if they charge my card for the $79.95 every month.Desired Settlement: I want an email confirmation of the cancellation of order #[redacted] stating no charges will be made and no auto shipments of this product will be sent.
