Review: Purchased set of wine stoppers packaged in a blister pack on May **, 2015. Was told by sales person that they were the correct stoppers for standard wine bottles and to insert in bottle and press center button. Tried to do this but button did not depress and bottle was not air tight. Tried to return package on June *, 2015 and was told by [redacted] of store that these stoppers require a vacuum machine to be used with these stoppers. He refused to take them back becasue the package was opened. It was impossible to know that they would not work unless the package was opened. I said that the sales peson who sold me the stoppers did not tell me that a vacuum machine was needed so the [redacted] said the sales person made a mistake. he still refused to give me a refund and told me to send the items back to the manufacturer.Desired Settlement: I want the purchase price of $6.52 (including tax) refunded to my American Express account. FYI...I have notified American Express about this matter. I want this store noted by Revdex.com as a place to avoud doing business with as the [redacted] was rude and uncooperative.
