Review: Took car for annual NYS inspection and unauthorized repairs were done on the car and I was charged me $243.00; they would not return the car to me unless I paid for the repairs. I found several complaints on the internet whereby the same situation was done to other people ....[redacted] website, [redacted] website, [redacted] website...all negative reviews.Desired Settlement: I have contacted the credit card company for a dispute on this issue.

This Letter is in Response to a complain issued by [redacted] to Revdex.com. I spoke to my manager ([redacted]) and he stated that the customer came in for a oil change and NYS Inspection. While she there, she was told that we Recommended she do a radiator flush, power steering flush and that she needed to replace a routing belt and wiper blade. All services were approved and performed. She paid by credit card + signed the credit card receipt with out dispute. We have been in business since 1990. At the same location, I have been the owner for the last ten years. I believe this is the first complaint that we received. I always try to run my Business with honestly and Integraty.

I feel bad that this customer feels this way and left an unhappy customer. I still feel that we did the right thing. For any Inconvience or misuderstanding that this customer may have gotten. I will extend a free oil change (22.99 value). I hope that [redacted] will continue to patronize our business.
