When the customer was informed of this policy, they requested that another combination plate be added to meet the minimum requirements. They also had an order of Crab rangoon. The bill totaled at $21.64usd. I operate a restaurant that serves Chinese cuisine. The majority of my employees are from China and speak little or no English. I have never had an issue in regards to what language my employees speak. The customer contacted the restaurant that evening and screamed at me on the phone, demanding a refund.
