I ordered the free trial of Platinum Garcinia Cambogia Extract and the next thing I knew they charged me for Lean Green Coffee $and Caralluma Plus $ My credit card company threw up a fraud alert We had a way conference call and they supposedly cancelled the order The order was processed anyways weeks later, they charge my card for a subscription to this product I called the credit card company and they have to wait for the charge to process and then they will be disputing the charge I called the company and they refuse to cancel the subscription Never in the signup process did it say it was a subscription I am filing a complaint with the new york state attorney general I gained weight using this product What a scam

I believe this company is a fraudulent company. I got the product and it did not contain what they claimed. It made me very sick and when I contacted Customer Service they refused to cancel my order according to their terms and conditions. The people answering the phone can hardly speak English and they are very hard to understand. I just found out the FTC had already fined them $9 million dollars

Review: I signed up for a trial of this product. Nothing was stated about any further purchase. Two Payments were taken out of my debit account without authorization. when I received the trial offer, there was NO paperwork so I couldn't contact the company. Two products were purchased as a set. Two payments were taken out for each product. I received one set of the products. I had paperwork in those packages so I called one company and cancelled future shipments but the woman I spoke to told me she could not refund my payments. We had a shouting match and I finally talked to her supervisor. One payment was refunded by the other company. I have not received any repayment from this company. In fact, when I called them today, the woman wouldn't stop talking long enough for me to tell her what I needed and then she hung up on me. The customer service dept. seems to be the same place for both companies although they are different phone numbers and seem to be in different states. When I called the first company, I was told that the trial period was 14 days from the date I ordered and when they hadn't heard from me within that 14 days they assumed, like thousands of other satisfied customers, I loved the product so they sent additional shipments. I was told all of this was stated in the internet advertisement. I told her it wasn't or I wouldn't have ordered the products. Was told they sent me an E-mail. I got no such thing. Dealt with the other company and was told they cancelled both products/accounts. This company hasn't refunded.Desired Settlement: Public should be informed about this business. There

must be others who have experienced this same thing from this company. I would like a refund for one shipment. Was charged for two...only received one.

Review: I called customer service to dispute a charge for 44.97. I accepted a promotion where I only had to pay for shipping for the product. Almost a month later I see a charge on my bank account for 44.97. The agent I spoke with was VERY VERY disrespectful. He kept talking over me, denied my request to speak to a supervisor. This agent would not let me speak and tell him why I was calling , this agent be littled me over the phone. I requested the charge to be refunded and they refunded 50%. unfortunately that is not going to justify what has happened. I had the worst customer service experience with this company this evening and I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount refunded to my bank account and would like a supervisor from the company to listen to the call between the agent and I, in hopes to provide coaching on how to be a customer service agent.

Review: I ordered a trial bottle of Royal Garcinia Cambogia that was supposed to be a flat rate ship 4.99. There was no mention of an autopay after 14 days.. Last night I was charged 92.53 without my authorization. I have not received any additionall product.. I called customer service and explained my complaint and the resolution I desire..Instead of listening to me they continued to make me different offers for further orders.. I asked for a manager or supervisor only to be told they were busy. My honest straightforward statements were completely ignored as well as my questions.

Review: My wife started a trial with this company. She cancelled the trial before the trial expiration date. However she received several products after the cancellation. This company made four separate charges in our bank card:

5/24/15 for $92.53

5/26/15 for $89.95

6/23/15 for $89.95

6/23/15 for $92.53

Total charges: $364.96

Even though wee have contacted the company's customer service department four times, the issue is still not resolved. We were assured on June 8th by a Supervisor by the name [redacted] that a full refund of the charges until that time would be done by the company in 3 to 5 business. Not only those charges have not been refunded, but they have charged our bank card again on 6/23.Desired Settlement: We claim full refund of the charges in our bank cards, and we want to return the products to the company, although Supervisor [redacted] indicated that we cannot do that.

Review: I ordered this product as a trial and didn't cancel within the 14 days. The website is deceptive and instead of putting the terms where they are visible, you have to look for them. I called to cancel and was given a confirmation number [redacted] but have continued to be charged for products that I am not receiving. I was sent two products and although when I placed my order I did it from one website this company is treating it as two different charges. I was not told when I called on August 10th that I needed to call a different number to cancel the other product. I have been charged twice 92.53 and have not received any additional product. I requested a refund but all I get is a lot of double talk. I requested to speak with a manager but was not connected to one. I just want my money returned to me. Review: I ordered the 14-day supply of the Royal Garcinia Cambogia from this company. It was $4.95 with an additional product of the green coffee bean supplement. I did read the fine print. I had several emails notifying me they were sending the product, advertising the product, etc. however, I received NO email or notification that my trial was about to expire and that I would be charged nearly $200. I got charged $89 for one and $92 for the other. That was after paying the $4.95 for one and about that much for the other. When I called today (one day after the trial expired), the rep was very short and cut me off. She wouldn't allow me to explain and kept making smart remarks about reading the terms and conditions. She would not allow me to speak to a supervisor. I wanted my money back. They shipped no additional product but charged me a huge amount. The terms and conditions do say that if a request for a refund is made after the trial period, they handle it on a case by case basis. They were unwilling to give me a refund since I was outside my trial phase. I want to report them as unprofessional customer service, misleading terms and conditions, and product that does not work and is way overpriced. Review: I purchased a product for $5.99 on 9-10-15 & $4.95 on 9-10-15. I was then charged $59.85 on 9-10-15, $89.95 on 9-23-15 and have another charge of $89.95 going to go on acct $9-23-15. I have called the company several times to question the fees and advise I didn't authorize and to cancel anything. They are rude won't cancel, keep saying going to send more and vouchers.... Review: This company is a fraud!! I wish I had known this before I order a trail bottle of diet pills from them. They made two unauthorized debits from my credit card. I was fortunate to get reimbursement for one charge but finding it hard to collect for the other unauthorized charge. I have called a total of seven times and when I ask for a supervisor or a manager there is never one available.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded. I had to close my credit cadr account to prevent future charges.

Review: The company advertised a free trial of a supplement for the cost of shipment. It also stated they would also send green tea supplement to try also for the cost of the shipping. During the trial offer I decided I did not want to use the products. It was not clearly identified at the time of purchase to me as a consumer that once the trial offer of 14 days ended that the company would then automatically begin to bill my charge card the full cost of the product. A package arrives and I open it, it was another bottle of the supplement. The next day a second package arrives for the "green tea". The company directs you to use their customer service e-mail address (which did not work and I received an error code back that their "server" would not accept receipt of my e-mail). I called their customer service department to explain I did not want the product and I want to return it unopened. The customer service representative stated we do not accept returns. It states right on my invoice I can return it just be sure to provide the information referenced on the invoice. Important Note: The invoice did not state what the cost of the product was I just received. The customer service representative stated she will cancel my order but I will be billed for both the product I received under trial offer time and in addition the two packages we just shipped to you. I said I am returning the product and want my credit card credited for the unwanted and unasked for product. They billed me on 4/21/15 $85.98 (for 60 capsules), on 4/22/15 $87.53 (for 60 capsules)....then back charged me for the free trial offer on 4/6/15 for $85.98 (for 60 capsules), and $87.53 (for 60 capsules). This company is operating on a very fine line of running a bait and switch scam on customers.
