Review: I took my car to this auto shop and was told that I needed on my right control which cost 250 dollars..my wife received a call from the shop later that day that the car was ready for pickup..when she picked it up she drove it 2 blocks and the left wheel came right off..she promptly call the shop back and they in turn had it towed back to there shop..the following day I got a call from the shop stating that I would have to pay an additional 1000 dollars to get it repaired.I told them that I would just take the car somewhere alar to get it looked at..they told me that the car isn't able to drive and that if I wanted to take it I would have to pay 80 to get it .I asked 80 dollars for what and they stated for the towing from the previous night...I then asked what's wrong with the car and they explained to me that the subframe and right control arm needed to be fixed..I asked them why wasn't I explained this the first time I came and they informed me that they didn't see it coming..after going back and forth with the shop I finally relented and paid 800 to get the car fixed because I have kids that I take to school in this car..2 and a half weeks after taking the car out the shop it completely stopped on me in the highway and I had to pay 168 dollars to get it towed back to my building..after having a professional look at it he determined that the bolts that hold the brakes weren't screwed on properly..after paying 1000 dollars for the shops service you would expect a better job to be done.. I immediately called the shop and asked that I be given a refund for the inept work that was done and also for the towing fees that I have paid for they declined to do so..I am now turning to the Revdex.com for any help..I also wouldn't want this to happen to anybody else..fortunately no one was hurt from all of this but next time someone could be...please assist thanksDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund along with the 168 I paid for towing fees and I would also like the Revdex.com to monitor the place closer because there actions can hurt someone
