Hi, Customer brought in the Ford Explorer
on 10/1/2015, repairs were made through out the time it was sent to us which resulted in a different problem each timeThe original branded parts from the Ford company were used with the following work done: FORD brand Rear Cassette Assembly and Tension FORD brand front Cassette Assembly and tension Re-Manufactured Starter Exhaust Valves Used Camshaft Engine repair from Machine Shop There was no charge to the customer after extensive time and repair was made and noted on the ticket with the following: "Timing chain broken due to camshaft seizureAlso bent exhaust valves due to camshaft seizingRepaired engine under good faith the oil was not ran low and maintainedNo customer charge" Customer was not charged deductible which saved them $Repairs well exceeded $which was paid by Warranty companyOil noticed not to be changed since original repair. Repair was completed with no engine noiseWe will be glad to provide the signed receipt/notes as given to customer
