All of us here at 8 Line Supply are well aware of the situation pertaining to the previously mentioned customer complaint.  We have tried working with the customer to help resolve the problem, but the customer was not very cooperative.The customer had purchased a Mad Progressive Jackpot Linking...

System on June 22, 2015.  This system included 1 main hub, 2 additional linking hubs, and all the additional linking cables and interface boards.  The customer contacted us after receiving the order and stated he was having troubles.  We tried several times to help troubleshoot the problem over the phone.  This system was added to the customer's machines he had purchased from another company.  That means we have no way of knowing how his machines are wired.  After many failed attempts at trying to solve the problem over the phone, we informed the customer it would be best to return the items.  We needed the customer to return the items to us within the time period of the manufacture's warranty.  The warranty for this product was 6 months.  That would give the customer until December 22, 2015 to return the items.  We told the customer we would work with him and be flexible with the warranty date due to the troubles he was having.  We received only a partial return from the customer and did not receive anything until May 26, 2016.We have attempted to repaid the items we received, but it is difficult to do any repairs without having all of the cables and interface boards returned.  We have reached out to the manufacture to see if there was anything they could do assist.  The manufacture, Mad One Gaming, is no longer making this product and is no longer offering support on this product.Basically, the reason the customer is having troubles getting any assistance with this situation is due to the fact the customer took too long to act.  We will not be able to offer a refund or in store credit.  We will do our best to repair the items once the rest of the products are returned.  We will do this for the customer at no cost, even though the warranty has long since expired.Please let me know if you need any further information from me.Kind Regards,[redacted]-- [redacted]Sales Manager8LineSupply1755 East Matthew DriveDe Pere, WI 54115Business: 920-347-0333Direct Office: 920-347-3580Fax: 920-347-2221www.8linesupply.com
